Since opening its first store in Osaka Kyobashi in 1969, Osaka Ohsho has continued to grow with an unwavering commitment as "a Chinese dining restaurant known for delicious gyoza," always close to its customers. Building the Osaka Ohsho brand for more than 50 years is proof of our continuous efforts to refine both our products and operational systems.
Hand-wrapped Gyoza and Japanese Quality
Based on our brand belief that "freshness is everything," we are committed to carefully hand-wrapping each gyoza in-store, one by one, by skilled artisans, in order to preserve the natural flavor and aroma of the ingredients. Once grilled, our gyoza achieves the perfect balance of a "crispy texture" and "juicy filling."
Grilling and Texture — We are also particular about the grilling method, pursuing the ideal balance between a fragrant, golden-brown crispy surface, a soft and chewy texture on the ungrilled side, and juicy filling inside.
Authentic Japanese Taste — We use the original secret recipe born in Osaka and passed down directly from Japan. Our filling is characterized by the rich umami of pork combined with the natural sweetness of cabbage.
